01What is considered an asset in Onzane?
Any physical element the community needs to identify, maintain or track: lifts, pumps, pools, doors, fire safety equipment, meters, electrical systems, sports machinery or other components.
02Does physical topology change the administrative organisation of properties?
No. Physical topology is an additional layer. Properties and parking spaces can be linked to buildings, entrances, floors or areas without altering their current administrative structure.
03How is preventive maintenance generated?
Each plan defines its frequency, instructions, priority, owner, provider, contract and lead time. When due, Onzane automatically creates the preventive order while avoiding duplicates.
04What does a work order control?
Its origin, owners, provider, schedule, statuses, communications, evidence, SLA, validation and financial close, with one history for the entire action.
05Who can record and manage an incident?
Residents can report it in the app, while staff, the board or management can create and manage it from their tools. It can then be assigned to an employee or provider without losing its history.
06How does parcel management work?
Staff record the received parcel, link it to the property or recipient and Onzane sends the notification. Once collected, delivery is logged and the parcel leaves the pending list.
07Is physical key custody the same as access control?
No. Physical key custody manages traditional keys: inventory, cabinet location, loans and returns. Access control manages digital permissions, passes, vehicles and connected devices.
08Which keys can the community organise?
Any shared physical key: storage rooms, plant rooms, utility spaces, communication cabinets, roofs, entrances or any other area whose custody needs to be controlled.
09Can recurring maintenance tasks be created?
Yes. Periodic inspections can be configured with a frequency, owners and specific steps, keeping a record of completion and supporting evidence.
10Can an external provider work in the same workflow?
Yes. Work can be assigned to a provider so it can review the task, update its status and add notes, documents or photos of the work performed.
