Planning and dispatch

Date, team and owner before setting off.

Organise a weekly schedule, find unscheduled jobs and assign teams and workers. Onzane flags overlaps and keeps internal planning separate from the date agreed with the community.

Connected delivery

Everything needed to resolve the work.

Each order brings together scope, location, asset, contact, dates, instructions and commitments. The supplier acts there while management keeps final control.

Connected incidents

The incident informs. The order formalises the intervention.

The provider can acknowledge receipt, request information, add a diagnosis and report progress. When the community decides to act, it creates an order with its own scope, planning, execution and approval.

Frequently asked questions

Working from Onzane Supplier.

How suppliers access, deliver orders and maintain their relationship with communities.

01Does supplier-panel access cost anything?

No. A supplier can connect its company free of charge with communities using Onzane and work on the requests, orders and files to which it has been invited.

02What can a supplier do in a work order?

They can accept or reject, propose dates, start work, report blocks, add updates and evidence, and mark it completed for community validation.

03Can the community reject completed work?

Yes. Management retains validation control and can return the work with a reason and the criteria to correct.

04Can I reuse documents across communities?

Yes. The supplier file can reuse current documents, although each organisation may apply additional requirements for a job, site or contract.

05Can the panel handle invoicing?

It can link invoices to validated orders and approved additions. Under maintenance contracts, out-of-scope services or products can be documented and invoiced when applicable.

06Who decides whether my company is compliant?

The final decision always belongs to the responsible community, property manager or organisation. Onzane organises requirements, reviews, alerts and evidence so that decision is traceable.

07Can more than one person work from the same company?

Yes. Each user signs in with their own identity and can have different roles, permissions and preferences. This keeps commercial, operational, administrative and accounting activity separate.

08Does Onzane check worker documents when planning?

The system can check personal compliance requirements associated with each worker before assigning an intervention, according to the requirements set by each management firm.

09How are invoice corrections managed?

Management states the reason and the provider submits a new version. The history retains documents, amounts, dates, statuses and responsible users.
