The community manages access as one complete process. A credential opens only when the person, space and time comply with the configured rules.

Permissions are configured in the panel and assigned to the right person or item. Each door or facility then applies the community rules without relying on external lists.
The community can distribute entry rights without losing control. Passes cover recurring access, transfers between neighbours and limited invitations.
Onzane takes the rights defined by the community to the entrance: who may enter, how many guests they may bring and for which period.
Link access to homes, commercial units, spaces and vehicles. In shared, rotating-use car parks, limit how many vehicles each property may have inside simultaneously and support fair use of shared spaces.
Onzane integrates access control with the right hardware for each point. We assess the existing installation and define the technical combination before deployment.
RFID key self-registration
Let residents register their RFID cards, wristbands and key fobs from the Onzane app. Reuse compatible credentials already in use in the community and reduce registration work while keeping assignments centralised.
Check the location and availability set by your community and bring the keys you want to register.
In the app, open My Keys → Self-registration and tap “Register key”. Wait for the app to tell you when to present it to the reader.
The app confirms the registration result. If you have several keys, repeat the process one at a time.
The community sets when the service is available, where registration takes place and which access rights are assigned. Each key is linked to the resident or their property according to the configuration; self-registration does not let residents freely choose permissions.
The self-registration reader is dedicated exclusively to registering keys: it does not operate any door.
Access linked to processes
Access control does not work in isolation. A confirmed booking can create the permission, open the facility during the authorised time and activate everything needed to use it.

It depends on the manufacturer, model and integration capabilities. Before deployment, we assess the existing hardware and recommend what can remain, be integrated or be replaced.
Not necessarily. Depending on the device and technical design, some points can validate permissions autonomously and synchronise later, while others require connectivity.
Depending on the installation, users can open through the Onzane app or use QR, NFC, RFID, Bluetooth, remotes, number plates and other compatible credentials.
Yes. A permission can be generated automatically when a booking is confirmed, remain valid during its time slot and expire when it ends.
No. Access control manages permissions and the opening of doors or devices. Key custody records where traditional physical keys are and tracks loans and returns.
A compatible device is required to control a door electronically. Deployment is designed point by point to use what is available and add only what is needed.
When your community enables the service. Check the registration point and its availability, open My Keys → Self-registration and follow the app’s instructions to present your key to the reader.
Self-registration requires credentials and a reader compatible with the installation. It lets you reuse compatible existing RFID keys, but does not mean that every tag or manufacturer can be used.
