Guided implementation

Onzane works when the community makes it its own.

We do not hand you a platform and leave you on your own. We prepare the data, configure operations, train people and support activation until Onzane is genuinely working.

A team by your side From data to real activation

More than installing software

An implementation designed so people actually use Onzane.

Every community and organisation starts from a different place. We therefore define the scope, organise the information and prepare the people who will manage and use the platform.

  1. 01

    Clear scope

We start with what creates value now and prepare for future growth.

  2. 02

    Defined ownership

Everyone knows their role, permissions and the tools they will use.

  3. 03

    Measurable activation

Configuration is not the finish line: we check that people can sign in and work.

01 Onboarding

We first understand how your community works.

We review who is contracting Onzane, who manages the community, which staff are involved and what needs to improve. We then define a realistic first scope and activation plan.

What we prepare
  • Objectives, features and communities included.
  • Initial owners, profiles and permissions.
  • A timetable for configuration, training and launch.
02 Data import

Information arrives organised, reviewed and ready to use.

We receive the available files, structure communities, properties, residents and relationships, and review any questions with you before enabling access. This prevents old errors from moving into the new system.

What we prepare
  • The structure of communities, properties and people.
  • Normalised data with duplicates reviewed.
  • Relationships, roles and contact details validated before invitations.
03 Training

Each person learns only what they need for their work.

We train managers, boards and staff around their real workflows. Training is adapted to each role and uses practical cases so the team can work independently.

What we prepare
  • Sessions adapted to managers and accountable users.
  • Operational training for staff and in-house teams.
  • Materials and instructions to communicate the launch.
04 Support

Launch is not the end of the process.

We support the first invitations, answer questions and adjust the setup when real operations require it. Support then continues for managers, staff and residents.

What we prepare
  • Support during invitations and first sign-ins.
  • Activation monitoring and help removing blockers.
  • An ongoing support channel for using and expanding Onzane.

The complete journey

Seven steps from the decision to everyday use.

The four implementation areas work together within one progressive process.

  1. 01
    Analyse

We understand the community, its people and goals.

  2. 02
    Import

We receive and structure the available information.

  3. 03
    Review

We validate data, relationships, profiles and permissions.

  4. 04
    Configure

We enable the features and rules in the first scope.

  5. 05
    Train

We prepare managers, accountable users and staff.

  6. 06
    Invite

We communicate the launch and make resident access easier.

  7. 07
    Support

We measure activation, answer questions and keep improving.

A foundation that lasts

Good implementation also protects community continuity.

The platform can grow and adapt even when people or management arrangements change.

Continuous data

Community information remains organised when its president, property manager or service company changes.

Gradual adoption

Start with communication or operations, then add features, users and integrations.

Shared work

Boards, in-house staff, property managers and suppliers can collaborate on the same information.

Before you start

Questions about implementing Onzane.

Specific answers depend on the scope and the state of the data, but the process is always agreed before the community is activated.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the number of communities, data quality, selected features and the people who need training. Before work starts, we agree the scope and timetable.

Can we start with only some features?

Yes. Many organisations begin with communication, bookings or incidents and expand later. The initial setup is designed so growth does not mean starting again.

Do residents have to register themselves?

No. Once the information has been imported and validated, Onzane can send invitations so each resident defines a password and accesses the app.

What happens after launch?

Support continues. We help with usage questions, configuration changes, new users and the progressive addition of features.
