Any user who is granted administration permissions, including presidents, board members, property managers, community managers, in-house staff or service-company managers.
02Do all administrators see the same functions?
No. Custom profiles can define which modules, communities, data and actions each person can use.
03Can data be imported and exported?
Yes, within the enabled functions and permissions. Initial import is guided so the structure and data quality can be reviewed before users are activated.
04Can the panel manage several communities?
Yes. A user can work with one or several communities according to their assigned scope. Firms needing professional multi-community operations also have a dedicated property-management solution.
05Does it include accounting and tax?
Onzane includes financial, accounting and tax capabilities. The accounting suite is offered through guided implementation to define scope, migrate data and validate processes with each organisation.
