Any community equipment or element that needs identification, documentation, monitoring or maintenance: lifts, pumps, doors, meters, pools, extinguishers, electrical panels and more.

02Does the topology change the community’s administrative structure?

No. The physical representation complements the administrative organisation and locates assets and work precisely without changing units, ownership shares or legal entities.

03What information can an asset record hold?

Technical data, status, criticality, location, warranty, useful life, photographs, manuals, certificates, contracts, supplier and related operational and financial history.

04Are QR codes and NFC tags secure?

Each identifier is unique and can be revoked or regenerated. Access to information remains subject to the authentication and permissions defined in Onzane.

05Can invoices and work be related to several assets?

Yes. Onzane preserves relationships between assets, locations, contracts, incidents, work orders and financial documents according to the real scope of each action.

06What happens if the managing agent or supplier changes?

The information remains linked to the community. Newly authorised parties can continue working with the same inventory and history.

07Is an asset inventory the same as maintenance?

No. The inventory identifies and contextualises what exists and where it is. Maintenance plans organise when and how each asset should be serviced or inspected.
