We have created a new feature aimed at controlling and managing passes or cards for community residents. This feature allows you to create pass programs in each community, with customized operating rules that define everything from how passes are assigned or purchased to which properties or resident profiles participate in the program. The passes can then be used by residents to grant access to certain community facilities.
In addition, these passes can have different characteristics, such as validity dates and a defined number of uses.

In addition to their uniqueness, passes can be lent between different residents, according to the program specifications. In this case, there are established acceptance, denial, revocation, and return processes that can be carried out from the app.

This feature is especially useful for communities that offer additional services to their residents, such as access to swimming pools, gyms, clubs, event rooms, or other common areas, and allows for more efficient access control, avoiding the use of traditional physical devices such as cards or cards.

We've added a new settings option to the Community. We can now enable the option to receive email notifications for Community owners by default. Until now, the default option was to have this option disabled.
This way, if this option is enabled, all new owners assigned to a property in the Community will have the option to receive email notifications enabled. They can always disable it if they wish through the app in the notifications option in their settings.
This option is designed for those communities where not all owners use the app, to ensure that everyone receives email notifications sent from the Community.

It is now possible to define in the document folders, whether a folder is common to the entire Community or if it is specific to a Property Set. Until now, all folders were common to the entire Community.
This way, it is possible to better organize documents, creating specific folders for each Property Set, and thus the residents of those properties will only see the folders that correspond to them according to the Set to which they belong.
The folders that already existed in the Community have been maintained as common to the entire Community, and from now on, new specific folders can be created for each Property Set.

We have improved the announcements function, now allowing them to be sent to different targets. Until now they could be sent to the entire Community, or to a Set of properties.

From now on they can be sent to the following targets:
- To the entire Community
- To some Sets of properties
- To some Groups of properties
- To some Properties
- To some Residents

In addition, you can now choose more complex objectives, such as sending an announcement to several sets of properties, to several groups of properties, to several individual properties and finally to several specific residents, all in a single announcement.
In this way, the sending of announcements can be much better segmented, allowing residents to receive only the announcements that interest them.

We've added a new feature that allows you to define the app's functional modules that will be activated and therefore displayed in the residents' app. Previously, these modules could only be defined globally and for tenants. Now, they can be configured individually for Owners, Tenants, and Cohabitants.

This way, each resident profile can have a different configuration of functional modules, allowing each resident to have access only to the modules that correspond to their profile. For example, an Owner may have access to community management modules that are not required for a Tenant or Cohabitant.

We have completed the use of physical keys, allowing them to be directly associated with community residents. Until now, they could be associated with employees and properties, and now they can also be associated with community residents.

This makes it possible to associate cards, key fobs, or wristbands directly with certain residents and use them if personal authentication is required. The functions that already existed for employees and properties have been adapted so that they can also be used with residents.

We have implemented a new module so that the Concierge staff can keep track of the keys, in case they are in charge of managing them.
Through this new functionality, the entries and exits of the keys that are in storage, normally in the Concierge of the Community, can be recorded. For now, employees can use the control panel to register and deregister, and record the movements of each key, so that its situation is continuously monitored.

In a future improvement, we will provide this functionality to the employee app, so that they can also control it from their mobile phones, additionally adding the possibility for the recipient of a key exit and/or entry to sign the record, keeping a record of it.

The process for making reservations from the dashboard has been improved. It now follows a similar procedure to the one used in the employee app. First, the facility is selected, then the property to be booked, and finally the resident who will be booking. This makes booking reservations much easier, as it is typically used by community staff who don't know the names of all the residents, but do know the property requesting a reservation.

We have now completed development to allow multiple seasons to be defined for a facility. A season is a period of dates within a year that define the facility's schedule for that period. Until now, there was a single season that covered the entire year, but new seasons can now be created and configured with different dates to cover the entire year. An existing season configuration can also be duplicated and another created, resulting in the same configuration but allowing for quick and easy operation.

The idea behind seasons is to allow them to be defined in cases where different seasons are needed throughout the year, so that the facility can have different schedules depending on the season. It is very common to have sports facilities with different schedules in winter and summer. This way, two seasons can now be defined for the facility (winter and summer), and each can have completely different schedules and time slots.

We've added a new option for reservations: resource reservations. Resources can be anything that can be reserved in conjunction with a facility on a mandatory basis. For example, you can now define a gastropub with six tables, and a reservation can be made for one table in the gastropub.

To reserve a resource, the facility will first need to define all the facility's possible resources and the limit on the number of resources that can be reserved per home in each time slot. Following the previous example, residents can reserve one of the available tables from the app, and when there are no more available tables, the time slot will be fully reserved.

We've added a new option in the Properties section to generate a list of these properties. This feature allows you to optionally select the property type to generate the list, or if you don't select one, all properties will be listed. After selecting the property type, you can choose the file format in which you want to generate the list, including Excel, CSV, HTML, and PDF.

Now, text can be easily selected in the app, just like in other apps. By long-pressing the required text, depending on the device's operating system, you can select and copy it for other uses. This option has been enabled in areas where text is provided by residents or administrators, such as Announcements, Incidents, and Forums.

A new feature has been added in the latest version of the app (1.4.8) to request explicit acceptance of the legal conditions for use of the application itself. This includes legal information about the identification of the owner of the website and the app, terms and conditions of use, and finally the privacy policy.

It is now mandatory for all users of the app to indicate that they have read and accept all these legal conditions to continue using the Onzane application.
In addition, a section has been added to the Settings section of the app where all these legal conditions are always updated.

Notifications for newly created incidents have been improved. It's now possible to specify who to notify depending on the neighborhood where the incident is opened. This way, if an incident is opened in a neighborhood neighborhood, only the neighbors in that neighborhood will be notified. For incidents opened by employees, the neighborhood neighborhood they have defined is taken into account, if applicable. This allows for more targeted and relevant notifications. Multiple email addresses, separated by commas, can be used to notify different email addresses.

Until now, digital keys could only be created for Access Control or Lock-type facilities. Both options allow you to create digital keys for residents, but not for facilities that have a reservation system. We've now added the ability to create digital keys for facilities that have a reservation system. These digital keys can be used in facilities such as meeting rooms, common areas, or any facility that has a reservation system. Digital keys created for these facilities can be used from the resident and employee app, as well as from the dashboard, where their use and access can be managed. It adds widely requested features such as the ability for community employees to open facilities with reservations for maintenance or any other reason.

Although the use of keys is recorded in our application, whether physical or digital, until now this usage record could not be viewed directly from the control panel. We have now added the ability to view the use of digital keys from the control panel. In the Keys, Neighbors, Properties, or Employees sections, when editing a key, you can see a new section that displays the digital key's usage. The usage section displays the date and time the key was used, as well as the name of the device on which it was used. This usage list can be filtered by date and installation if you need to search for a specific use.

Although survey results could be viewed from the dashboard during the process and at the end of the survey, these results were general and not detailed. Now, in addition to being able to view all the complete survey results, they can also be downloaded in different file formats. From the dashboard, in the Surveys section, when viewing a survey, a new Actions button appears that allows you to both view and download the complete survey results. These results include the different voting options with their different votes, including data by household and neighbor, as well as the coefficient for the households. Finally, total results are shown, including the number of votes for each option and the sum of their coefficients. These data can be downloaded in formats such as Excel, CSV, or PDF.

We have implemented an additional security system to improve the use of the application and the access control allowed from within. Until now, it was possible to access the app using the same credentials as a neighbor or employee on different devices. This means that credentials are shared between different people, and although our app provides the ability to share digital keys with third parties, users continued to share their credentials.
This provides a very weak security system, since if a user shares their credentials with another person, they can access the app and all the digital keys assigned to them.
We have now implemented a user-device linking system. This means that the first time a neighbor or employee accesses the app, a device identifier is generated that associates it with the device. This way, even if the user shares their credentials, they will not be able to access the app from another device that uses a different identifier. These identifiers are unique per device, so it will prevent a user using the same credentials from accessing the app from different devices.
This improves the security of the app and the access control to the digital keys.
If a user needs to access the app from another device, for example when they change their mobile phone, they can unlink the device by requesting permission to do so. The app itself will allow you to request permission from the administrators to change devices, keeping track of the number of times the change is requested and therefore avoiding the sharing of credentials.

We have added the concept of Seasons to facilities. Seasons are time periods with specific schedules. This will allow facilities to have different seasons that can be defined, each with a different schedule.
For example, the most common use is to create a facility's schedules for summer and winter. It is very common for a sports court, for example, to have different schedules depending on the day of the year. It will be possible to create two seasons for the facility, each with a specific schedule. The seasons will have a defined start and end date, allowing, following the same example, the winter season to run from October 1st to May 31st of each year, and the summer season from June 1st to September 30th. When making reservations for these facilities, the season to which the requested day belongs will be taken into account and the corresponding schedule will be displayed.
For now, the display of the seasons and their schedules has been implemented in the control panel. To view a facility's schedule, we must first go to the Seasons section and edit the single season that appears to cover the entire year. The next update will allow us to create new seasons in addition to the current one.

Minor bugs have been fixed in the notification system and the control panel:
The keys that appeared in some emails have been removed, for example in those sent when a reservation is made or in other confirmations.
The language of the date selector has also been fixed in the control panel depending on the language selected by the user.

We've added a new feature to the app for employees. Just like residents, employees can be assigned digital keys that allow them to control access control devices or electrical elements, such as lights or heating systems. They can also be assigned physical keys, which can be used with RFID readers, such as key fobs, cards, or RFID and/or NFC wristbands. All management of these employee keys can be done from the control panel, where we've enabled the ability to customize their own keys for each employee. For the digital keys that have been defined, employees can use them from their app, very similarly to residents, although they can set different usage rules, more suited to the access needs of a community's employees. For example, they can be assigned digital keys to common areas or sports courts that are already controlled by Onzane, so they can access them without making a prior reservation, for maintenance or cleaning tasks.
For physical keys, employees can also use RFID readers that will be installed on the community doors, also having different rules of use and access.

We have improved the manual data import system to Onzane. To do this, we have created a system to import large amounts of data asynchronously.
This system allows data to be imported in bulk, and also allows the import to be performed unattended, subsequently obtaining a status, which in case of being erroneous adds an error report so that they can be corrected.
This manual import system can be used to import financial data from neighbors, for example consumption bills, or the community bills themselves that are generated by ERPs or accounting management programs by property administrations. Once imported, they can be viewed in the app, including downloading in a standard file format, such as PDF.
In addition to performing the import, you can indicate that neighbors should be notified of its existence, so that they can be viewed from the app.

Forum management has been improved to make it easier and faster for property managers to manage forums. This applies to both the general Community forum and any private forums that can be set up in neighborhood groups.
Forums can now be managed entirely from the dashboard.
In addition, new features have been added, such as the ability for administrators to create new posts and comments, and the ability to moderate content by reporting or hiding posts.

We have implemented access control devices from Onzane. They are not actually ours, they are electronic equipment from the manufacturer Shelly, but they are configured by us and connected to our own private cloud, so we obtain total control from our application and greater security.
New devices can now be added from the Control Panel, like those from any other manufacturer with which we integrate, to control access to doors or the switching on of lights or air conditioning equipment.
Once the new device is added, permissions can also be managed from the control panel through residents' digital keys, or they can be used to configure access to common areas that require a reservation.

We've created a new configuration setting so neighbors can define a maximum time limit for sharing digital keys. A "Installations" tab has been added to the dashboard settings area, where you can specify the maximum number of hours allowed for key sharing.
Once you specify the number of hours in this setting, the app will only allow key sharing for that maximum number of hours. In this case, the neighbor sharing the key must indicate the day and time from and until they want to share it.
Additionally, an icon will appear on the key's home screen to remind neighbors that the key is currently shared.

We've updated all the icons used throughout the app, making them the same across both the app and the dashboard to maintain a consistent display of both parts of Onzane and make it easier to locate information. The icons also have a consistent, modern design, making them easier to identify and use.

We have created a new real estate module aimed at those property management companies that also include real estate brokerage among their services. In this module, you can display the properties you have in your portfolio, with all the necessary information so that residents of your communities can view them and request more information.

Documents in each folder or in the root folder can now be sorted. Sorting is by date, then alphabetically by name. The date of the document can now also be indicated and can be modified to allow this sorting as required.

It is now possible to moderate both incident comments and forum posts from the control panel. If incident comments are enabled, the administrator can define their visibility and report comments that do not comply with the policy.

In the forum, the administrator can mark an entry, or a comment on that entry, as published or unpublished, making it appear or not appear in the forum. The administrator can also report the entry or a comment if it does not comply with the forum policy. In this case, the comment remains visible but without the content and showing a notice of its non-compliance.

We have created a new option in the app's settings section, where all the digital keys that a neighbour has can be managed. All the keys are displayed in a list and for each one you can see specific information about what actions it allows and whether it is shared with third parties.

It is now possible to share the digital keys that a neighbour has with third parties who do not have the app because they do not belong to the Community.

To share a key, you must indicate the name of the person with whom you want to share it and whether you want to receive a notification every time the shared key is used. It is also possible to define a validity period for the shared key, so that, for example, the key can be shared to allow access to guests or companies that require access on a one-off basis.

When creating a shared key, a link (URL) is generated that allows the person who receives it to perform the actions that the key enables, without having to use the app, using the browser of any mobile phone.
The system also allows, once the link has been created, to copy it and/or share it with third parties using the applications installed on the mobile phone itself.
