Platform update
New app for employees
Onzane Staff App for Employees
We have created a new app called Onzane Staff, dedicated exclusively to community employees. From now on, employees will use this app and will gradually transition from the current Onzane app, which will also become exclusively for residents.
In the new Onzane Staff app, in addition to the existing functions for viewing or making reservations, managing incidents, parcels, concierge log, and key control, we have added two new specific functions: time tracking and security rounds.
Time tracking allows employees to digitally record their working hours, including vacation requests and changes. This system has been designed with current and potential future regulations in mind, and therefore already implements features such as data immutability, employee report generation, and remote access for inspection authorities. As new legislation is approved, the remaining required features will be implemented.
Regarding the Security Patrols feature, this function allows you to define security patrols from the administration portal, which are typically carried out by building managers or security guards in some communities. These patrols can be assigned to specific employees, who can then send real-time updates on the checkpoints they visit and any security incidents encountered. To monitor the patrols, employees clock in at each checkpoint using the app itself, which is scanned by NFC tags located at each checkpoint.
New Property Importer
We've implemented a complete system redesign that allows you to import properties and owners during application setup.
The system can now load any number of properties, as it uses an asynchronous process that divides the process into small chunks that are processed gradually.
In addition, we've added new importable fields, such as coefficient, two owners, address, area, etc., to complete the minimum data for each property.
General Supplier Module for Property Management Companies
We have created a new option for property management accounts. A general option is now available in the sidebar menu that allows you to manage suppliers globally across all communities. It allows you to assign suppliers to each community and implements an integrated process with the Supplier Portal to request service quotes from these suppliers.
From the Supplier Portal, service or industrial companies can receive quote requests from property management companies and respond directly. The entire process is recorded, and property managers can centrally manage all requests to their various suppliers.
New Customization Options
Several new options have been added to the administration portal, in the Settings section, allowing you to customize how certain functions work.
Automatic Deposit Refunds: You can now activate this option and define the number of days after which the system will refund a deposit paid for a reservation. This refund will be automatically applied to your wallet, returning the deposit to your balance.
Prevention of Reservations for Owners with Tenants: You can now activate this option, which prevents owners with tenants in their properties from making reservations on their behalf.
Lost and Found: You can indicate in the settings that the community has a department or area responsible for managing lost and found items, so that this is taken into account in the app's procedures.
