Onzane accounting suite

Accounting for property management firms.

An accounting suite with dimensions by community, property and resident to centralise the firm’s financial cycle through an assisted implementation.

Professional adoption

Accounting is implemented with real data and processes.

We do not propose an immediate, generic replacement. Scope is validated with the firm so communities and processes can be added in a controlled way.

  1. 01Define the scope

Choose the communities, periods and processes that should come first.

  2. 02Prepare the data

Import and review charts of accounts, balances, properties and residents.

  3. 03Validate operations

Check entries, collections, payments, reconciliation and reports with the team.

  4. 04Expand usage

Add communities and automations once the initial workflow has been validated.

Before implementation

Questions about the accounting suite.

Answers about functional scope, migration and adoption of Onzane accounting.

01Is the accounting suite available to any firm?

It is available through an assisted implementation programme. Before starting, we define the scope, communities, data and processes to validate.

02Can several communities be managed in one environment?

Yes. Each community retains its own period, chart of accounts, journal, budgets and financial statements in a multi-community panel.

03Can dimensions by property and resident be retained?

Yes. Entries and movements can be linked to properties and residents to retain the traceability required in property management.

04Does it include budgets and special assessments?

Yes. It supports budgets by period, monthly lines, comparison with actual spending and special-assessment tracking.

05How does bank reconciliation work?

A Norma 43 file is imported, the system suggests matches and the team reviews issues or completes an assisted manual reconciliation.

06Which collection features are included?

Receipts, batch issuing, direct debit files, returns, recoveries, arrears and an operational overview for tracking.

07What tax coverage is included?

It covers a tax overview and common Spanish forms such as 347, withholding 111/190 and VAT 303/390, including closing and filing status.

08Does Onzane replace current software on day one?

No. Implementation is progressive. Data and processes are validated within a controlled scope before extending communities, modules or automations.
