Votes by ownership share
For many community decisions, adding up votes for and against is not enough. The result may depend on the number of owners, their ownership shares, represented quotas, arrears and the type of majority required for each agreement.
Each home, commercial unit or parking space may carry a different weight. Onzane prepares the voting roll with its shares when the agreement requires a weighted count.
The count distinguishes who may vote, who attends, who delegates and which properties are excluded due to the applicable arrears status.
Administrators can review votes, shares, abstentions, proxies and the majority reached before recording the result in the meeting minutes.
