Pass programs for communities

Digitize passes, guest access, and entry control for clubs, pools, and shared facilities with flexible models integrated into Onzane.

Three models to digitize passes, invitations, and access control

Onzane already includes three pass-program models for communities that want flexible rules, integrated validation, and a clear day-to-day workflow for residents and administrators.

Model 1

Property quotas with pass lending

The platform assigns pass quotas to each property, and those passes can be used directly in automatic access systems integrated with Onzane.

  • Automatic or manual quota assignment per property.
  • Pass lending between properties with request and prior acceptance flow.
  • Use from the app to enter and exit through doors or turnstiles.

Model 2

Temporary QR credentials

Administrators can assign QR credentials or allow residents to buy them from the Onzane app itself.

  • Configurable expiration date and usage window for each credential.
  • Validation on turnstiles with a QR reader integrated into Onzane.
  • Display in the app or generate a printable file for guest invitations.

Model 3

NFC cards, key fobs, or wristbands

Each pass includes an NFC chip with validity and usage rules, designed for communities that prefer a physical medium with assisted validation.

  • Individual identification with expiration date and usage period.
  • Manual validation in Onzane Staff by a human controller.
  • Access to pass details and even the holder photo when required.

A flexible base for clubs, pools, and facilities with their own rules

The three models cover different scenarios, but they all share the same goal: control access, manage invitations, and digitize passes without losing traceability or adaptability.

Assignment and lending

Quota control, manual assignments, property-to-property lending, and rules per residence.

Invitations and guests

Digital invitations, shareable QR credentials, and printable output when access must leave the app.

Integrated validation

Automatic access through integrated doors and turnstiles or manual validation with Onzane Staff.

Expandable models

We can extend current models or design new custom flows for each community.

Questions about Pass programs

These are some common questions about implementing passes, invitations, and access control with Onzane.

Yes. Onzane can assign pass quotas to each property automatically based on the configured rules, or allow manual assignment from the administration portal when the community needs more specific control.

Both options are available. Administrators can create and assign QR credentials directly, and residents can also be allowed to buy them from the Onzane app if that is the operating model of the community.

In the current model described here, yes. Validation is performed in Onzane Staff by a human controller who verifies each access and can review additional information about the pass. Future evolutions can also be built on top of this model.

Yes. The three current models can be extended and, if the community needs a different workflow, we can design new custom models for specific access, invitation, or physical and digital control needs.
