Yes. The app requires residents to top up a wallet before using the balance. However, they can top up only the amount they need at any given time.

Yes. Because the wallet is defined at property level, if your children are linked to the same property they can also use that balance for bookings or other enabled payments.

Yes. Onzane integrates with Stripe so each community can activate its own payment gateway and connect it easily to the platform.

For bank card payments, the money goes to the community account configured in Stripe. The net amount will be the total charged minus the payment gateway service fee.

Yes. You can enable or disable payment methods for each property. For example, if a resident is in arrears, you can block the fee-based payment option.
