This repository can be organized with unlimited folders and sublevels, using a tree structure. Any document you want can be added. There is no limit to the available space.

Private repositories

Each resident has their own repository

Documents can be accessed privately by resident. The administrator can add and manage documents for each resident separately.

  • Useful if you want to add information for each resident
  • Prevents public access to the entire repository

The app includes viewers for documents

PDF documents and images can be viewed directly in the app. Documents can be enlarged as desired for better viewing.

If you can't find answers to your documentation questions, you can always contact us.

None exists beyond the technical conditions of the internet connection. However, adding large files is not recommended, as downloading them from the neighbors' app can be extremely slow.

Of course. You can create a tree structure with folders however you like. You can then add documents to any of those folders.

GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF files are allowed. These file types have their own viewer integrated into the app, so they can be viewed correctly.

Yes, you can use the app's Groups feature to create a private group and add documentation functionality to it, creating a private repository shared among group members.
