Features

Yes, all residents can install the app on their phones or tablets; there is no limit to the number of residents per community. Community employees can also use it to facilitate their work.

The app is managed from a web-based control panel. You can create as many users as you want for this administration panel. Typically, the president, property management, or some representatives of the Governing Board can access the control panel to configure and manage the community's day-to-day operations. Employees can also be given access to manage certain functions. To do this, you can create administration profiles with different permissions.

There is no self-registration process. Resident information is imported from the app's dashboard, and the system automatically sends them a welcome email with instructions on how to access the app. The app is multi-ownership and multi-community, with a single registration for each resident.

Absolutely. From the control panel, you'll be able to define the available features you want to activate. You'll also have many more customization options for each feature, allowing you to create a different app for each community that uses it.

Yes. With the features available in our Pro plan, it is possible to use the app as a complete system for controlling access to the Community. And if desired, the app itself can even be used as a key to it.

Security and availability

Of course, we focus on the security and privacy of personal information. Residents' private data is not shared in the app, and it is always stored on servers in Europe. At the legislative level, we scrupulously comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Spanish data protection law. You can consult our privacy policy and terms and conditions of use, which include the annex to the contract specifically dedicated to personal data privacy.

Yes, as a resident, you can request the deletion of your data at any time in accordance with data protection law. We will complete its deletion immediately. You can also request the download of the information stored about your account.

It depends on each Community. In some cases, prior approval by a majority of the owners is required, and in others, the Governing Board itself has the power to decide whether to implement it as a communication and internal management tool among the owners.

Our service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Occasionally, we make updates to the features, and there may be small windows of availability, but in this case, these updates are carried out at night.
