Each resident chooses whether they want to be notified on their mobile phone when a new Notice is sent. They can also choose whether they want to receive a copy by email. All from the app, autonomously.

It depends on what each of them decides. They can change it whenever they want in the Settings -> Notifications option of the app. Regardless of the method of notification, a notification will also appear on the app's home screen if they have any pending communications to read.

Of course. In addition to being deleted, they can be modified and in this case the neighbors will be notified again about their modification, as if it were a new communication.

Files in GIF, JPG or PNG format are allowed. Additionally, files in PDF format can be attached that can contain images inside.

The communication can contain formatted text, which allows you to write your text in the main language of the Community, and additionally in a secondary language right after, formatting the text differently. You can also add formatted headlines that allow you to delimit each language used in the communication. In any case, you can customize it as you wish.

Yes, you can. For example, in a community you could send communications only to the residents of one of the communities that make up the community. To do this, when you define your properties, you use the Group data to differentiate the different organizations that your community has and when sending the communication, you choose the group you want it to be sent to.
