General questions

Yes. The Free plan allows you to enjoy certain features for free indefinitely. You can always switch to one of the plans with more features, or vice versa.

No, you can try us without any commitment and without giving us payment information. You have 30 days of trial, if you want later you can continue with a payment plan or continue with the Free plan.

There are several ways of customization. From adding an image with the community logo, to changing its colors to fit your image. You can also customize the features and certain permissions.

For our payment plans, advertising will never be added to it. For the Free plan, it currently also does not include advertising, but we might include it in the future.

Privacy & Security

Of course. Our application is defined according to the European legislation GDPR. We offer a data protection contract in accordance with it, indicating the person in charge of the treatment and the means used to protect them.

Both in the definition and in its development, adequate security means have been used. The use of secure communication protocols, data encryption and security tests are some of the measures implemented.

To use the application, each neighbor must have at least one email account to access the app, and give their name and surname for control by the administrator.

No, the application allows you to use anonymous modes in certain sections of the app. Not even the community forum shows the neighbor's data, except for his generic avatar and his property within the community.
