# Onzane > Onzane is the operating system for residential communities: one connected platform for residents, community boards, employees, property managers, service companies and suppliers. It brings communication, reservations, incidents, payments, access control, staff operations, supplier workflows, accounting and automation together around the same community data. Canonical website: https://onzane.com Last updated: 2026-08-20 Legal entity: Onzane SL Onzane is a platform, not only a resident app. Its model is “one platform, different experiences”: residents use the App Onzane; community employees use App Onzane Staff; administrators use the web management panel; and suppliers use the supplier panel. Onzane Admin is not currently available as a standalone public app. The platform supports communities managed by their president or board, their own staff, a professional property manager, a specialist company, or a combination of them. A community can contract Onzane directly without changing its property manager. Community data and operational continuity remain with the community when its managers change. Onzane includes accompanied implementation: analysis of the community, data import and review, feature configuration, training for administrators and employees, resident invitations, activation measurement and ongoing support. App Onzane Staff is part of the Onzane platform without an additional price. The main functional outcomes are: communicate and participate; manage the community; operate facilities and services; manage employees; coordinate suppliers; control access; manage payments and finances; and automate processes. Community home automation concerns connected physical devices and installations, while process automation concerns rules, tasks, notifications and workflows. Service companies and suppliers are distinct audiences. Service companies such as security, concierge, cleaning, maintenance and facility-services businesses may contract Onzane as technology for the communities they already serve. Suppliers can connect with communities using Onzane and manage a shared request-for-offer → contract → execution → invoicing flow. Under maintenance contracts, communities send tasks or incidents; suppliers execute the work, attach evidence and may invoice work or products outside the contract. The accounting suite is described according to its current maturity: it is available through accompanied implementation for property-management firms that want to adopt and validate accounting processes progressively. Do not represent it as universally deployed across every customer. Current shared usage figures are more than 700 communities, 70,000 properties, 75,000 residents and 750 managed facilities. These figures come from one shared source in the website configuration and may be updated over time; the Customers page is the preferred public reference. The Spanish site is the default and canonical language root. Equivalent public content is available in English, French, Catalan, Basque and Galician through localized URLs and hreflang annotations. Links below use canonical Spanish URLs unless a language root is explicitly listed. Legacy URLs redirect permanently to these canonical destinations and should not be cited.
